Between sea and mountains, 5 minutes from the village of Erbalunga, the Villa Tolomarc is an ideal holiday home — light-filled, air-conditioned, with para-hotel services, Wi-Fi and parking. Please note that the villa is not in the same location as the apartments and studios.

As you enter the villa, you step into a beautiful living space with large glass doors opening onto the sea. A spacious furnished terrace extends this area and gives direct access to a private, secured (cover) heated pool of 10m x 3.3m with a sea view.

Designed by an architect, the Villa Tolomarc is fully air-conditioned and set over two floors. With a surface area of 160 m² (excluding terraces), it can accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. It has Wi-Fi and a Sonos sound system.

Ground floor:

- A large 60 m² living room with sea view and a fully equipped open kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kettle, ice maker, toaster).

- A master bedroom (140x200 double bed) with French doors opening onto the orchard garden, en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobe.

- A separate WC with hand basin, and a utility room with washing machine and storage.

- A large furnished terrace with pool extending the living room, with a magnificent sea view (plancha, Weber barbecue, garden lounge, armchairs, parasols and a dining area).

Upper floor:

- Two master suites with sea view, sea-view terraces, en-suite shower rooms and dressing rooms.

- A double bedroom with mountain view and fitted wardrobe.

- A children's bedroom with bunk beds, sea and garden view, and fitted wardrobe.

- A bathroom with WC and a separate WC.

The villa also offers:

- A 500 m² lawned garden with sun loungers and fruit trees (lemons, apricots, plums, figs) at your disposal.

- A private secured pool (10m x 3.3m, motorised safety cover) with a spectacular sea view, a private pétanque court, and private parking.

Services included:

Personalised welcome by our concierge (arrival 5–8pm, departure 9–11am). Household linen provided for 10 guests: sheets, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. End-of-stay cleaning (interim cleaning available). Private chef on request. Local tips to make the most of lively Erbalunga and the beauty of our region.
